These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile applications provided by ActiveWell Digital Limited ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The information, workouts, and training programs provided in our apps (including Tai Chi, Martial Arts, and Fitness routines) are for educational and informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. Use of our applications is strictly at your own risk. ActiveWell Digital Limited is not responsible for any physical injury, health issues, or damages that may result from using our apps.

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes on mobile devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms.

2. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the apps.
Copy, distribute, or sell any part of the apps, including training videos, graphics, or code.
Use the apps in any unlawful manner or for any illegal purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in the applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, animations (e.g., 3D martial arts models), logos, and software, are the exclusive property of ActiveWell Digital Limited and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Some features of our apps may be subject to a fee. If you choose to purchase an in-app subscription or feature, you agree to the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase. Subscriptions will be processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ActiveWell Digital Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the applications.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
